What Makes Me Different From Other Realtors?
I don't consider myself as only a Realtor, I also think of myself as a marketing consultant, educator, problem solver and listener. My ultimate goal is for my home buyer and seller to achieve their real estate goals seamlessly--with no hiccups. My initial consultation is always free and with the use of asking pointed questions and listing, the seller or buyer can really think about what their real estate goals are how I can help them attain that goal. I pride myself on explaining the real estate process to them and keeping them informed every step of the way to the day the house keys are exchanged. More importantly, it is not the commission! I get just as excited about helping someone buy or sell a $30,000 property as I do a $500,000. Really how many homes does someone purchase in their life? Two-maybe three! A home purchase or sale is a life changing event and still the American dream. I am honored to be part of the process. I love what I do. Nothing is more fun for me than to visit a client, who has become a friend and has settled into their new home.
